Rifermentata e affinata in bottiglia, forma sedimento naturale.

A Christmas gift; purchased from an Italian market. Very nice bottle. Pours a dark gold color with a very foamy head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of grasses and floral notes. Taste is sweet honey. No hoppy bitterness at all. Very enjoyable.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head.
S: Light aromas of floral hops and honey-like sweetness (from the cane sugar) are present in the nose.
T: The taste is a little sweet, having light flavors of cane sugar along with hints of floral hops and bits pale malts. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The combination of yeast and cane sugar seems to impart interesting aromas of honey to this pale ale. It is easy to drink, but complex enough to sip.

A: Pours a very hazy medium straw yellow in color with light to moderate amounts of active visible carbonation and moderate golden yellow highlights. The beer has a half finger tall sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a small patch of medium thick film surrounded by a very thin film covering the rest of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of floral hops, honey-like sweetness from the cane sugar, and grainy malts.
T: Upfront there is a moderate flavor of grainy malts with not a lot of sweetness followed by can sugar which contributes a light amount of sweetness mid-body. The beer finishes with a moderate flavor of floral + herbal hops which contribute a light amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Just heavier than light bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Crisp and effervescent.
O: Interesting, the can sugar addition to the beer gives some honey-like flavors, aromas, and sweetness. Fairly easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable.
