Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow orange color with a white head. The aroma is fairly straightforward and includes a lot of grain and bread notes. The flavor is more of the same. The beer is very grainy tasting with some toffee and a hint of grass. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Nothing to seek out here.

Code stamped on bottle neck 2353 SP 20:57. Pours out to a decent frothy head that falls to a thin permanent head and tries to lace a bit. Aroma is toasty, nutty, spicy, grassy and very slightly stale and cheezy. I don’t know how old this beer is. This is the right time of year and the bottle was not dusty, so I assume it is this season’s batch. (rolls eyes). Taste-wise, it is a malty and tea-like front, Michelob Amber Bock middle and dry grassy finish. Vegetal aftertaste. Mouthfeel is light and slightly astringent. Overall, a passable American amber lager but nowhere near an O-fest. Fail.

a clear reddish brown in color with a thin creamy tan head. light grain aroma. taste is initially a big victory malt flavor, followed by an odd earthy sweetness. the finish is slightly tart. mouthfeel is average. overall ok, but doesn't taste much like an oktoberfest.

Poured into a standard pint glass.
Look: A very clear, copper body with bubbles constantly arising to the top. An off-white head dissipates quickly and no lacing is present.
Aroma: Faint caramel and malts. Butterscotch.
Taste: Metallic up front. Bitter hops present themselves first before settling into a subtle, sweeter malt presence. No dominating taste profile, though.
Mouthfeel is carbonated, slightly dry.
Overall, a tad bit disappointed compared to the other marzens I've had so far. Very easy to drink, just nothing great in the taste profile.
