Bottled in November 2011. Built for aging between 5-10 years using bottle conditioning. A gold foil, corked and caged pale ale. Opened 9 years, 3 months later and poured into a Waterford Marquis beer glass. No carbonation, hazy bronze hue. A sweet apple, butterscotch smell. Smooth hop profile mellowed over the years to an elixir. What an original, delicious drinking experience.
