On tap at the brewpub in Warsaw.
Orange yellow color, opalescent apearance. Beautiful foam, not long standing.
Malt and honey in the smell. Very scarce hop.
In the mouth it is malty and honey, few hop, not convincing.
Malt and honey in the aftertaste, too.
Tiring.

On tap at the brewpub. From notes.
A - Poured a hazy greenish yellow combo with a two finger white head. Half finger of retention and some minor lacing. Medium carbonation.
S- Noble hop and grass. Lemon. I got some wheaty characteristics too making me think this was closer to a kristalweizen. Didn't seem to style but still smelled slightly like a pils and pretty good.
T - Lot's more like a hefe. Lot's less noble hop and more lemon. Much of the same from the aroma.
M - Crisp. Strong carbonation and a light body.
O/D - Tasted OK but didn't seem like a pils. Good and inoffensive but obviously loses points for not coming as advertised.

golden clear with a decent head. a nose of crisp hop and a bit of apple. palate is that with a very mild pollen quality. its refreshing, more so that most polish pilsners but it doesnt have he latitude of a decent pils. a czech pils at that. a decent brew for the sake that it is a harder style to get correctly for american brew pubs. in comparison still better.

Had a draft of this at the brew pub. It was served with a nice, lasting,off-white head and lace. Color is polished brass. Aroma malty, spicey, and honey. Flavor was similar, more sweet and malty though. Bit too sweet for me as a pilsner. Body was ok. Finish was a tad heavy and sweet.
