one of the finest i've had in the style here in poland. as for polsih made my favorite. i think the abv is about 5.5... i don't want to hold to that though.
amber with a slightly yellowish head. nose of toasty sweet, smoke, and apple. palate is just that but with a nice volume that was much more evident on tap then in a growler. once the creaminess subsides a acidic quality comes forth. not the best trait but still holds well. lightly nougat is lovely in the head of the beer... enjoy while it lasts.
finally. this is the kozialk... which means bock in polish. a style that is customary usually during lent. that is pretty much the only time you'll see this one.
