After having been in Poland for about 3 month this popped up on their rotated tap after the bock. looked good. a cloudy amber with murk. a disappointing head for a tap though. nose of apple malt and crisp and stale protein. a mild vinegar odor. which carries over on the palate with a mild sour. there is a bit of smoke. a bit sweet citrus fruit and malt... but all secondary to the sour issue. sort of kills the latitude and volume of the beer.
