A: Typical hefe appearance, Cloudy pale orangeish body with a finger of thick white head. Retention is good as is the lacing.
S: Loads of banana, bubblegum, citrus fruit and a number of different spices and a surprising hint of pine. Quite pleasing and unique.
T: Quite the complex beer here. Loads of banana, bubblegum other fruits. A nice amount of hops that reminds me of a stronger hopfen-weizen and the spice adds a nice finish. Intriguing yeast character too.
M: Medium bodied and medium-low carbonation. Creamy texture and the yeast leaves an interesting (and odd) aftertaste.
D: Another great brew and I enjoyed so many times while it were available. I do like the hoppy addition to hefe's and the extra spices were also interesting. My only complaint would be the odd aftertaste I experienced from the yeast.
