500ml swing top bottle poured into chalice oct12 2010 with some hoser
A hazy golden orange with decent carbonation that feeds a two finger head that falls to a thin film leaving a couple patches of lace
S spicy orange rind with some hops and cereal
T a little peppery with more fruit then I could smell
M well carbonated and leaves just a little something in you mouth and the flavors do linger
D I liked this one I just wish I had a sun drenched patio to go with it
Thanks NASH for this one, a interesting brew that I doubt I'll get to try again

A: Cloudy pale yellow-green body with two fingers of white fluffy head. Retention is good and leaves some lacing.
S: Light notes of citrus fruits, pears, wheat grains and some spice.
T: Mellow wheat, pears and spice are strong with some citrus, hops and yeast that I've tasted in many other of NASH's brews.
M: Medium-light bodied and medium carbonation. Nice creamy texture and Funky aftertaste.
D: Quite an interesting take on a saison. Thicker in texture than others I've had and not as clean and crisp. Over all a pleasant brew.
