Wow, what a pleasant surprise. I would have taken home all I could, but it is only available on tap.
I enjoyed the V2.0 which was outstanding.
A: Medium brown with good, lacy head.
S: Deceptive given what is in the glass.
T: Grapefruit with some sweetness
M: Best part - rich, tasty mouthful of heaven.
If you are ever in Halifax see what this brewer is up to. I'm told he brews a variety of styles.

A: Copper-amber with an off-white head, some retention, great lace.
S: Not a huge aroma, but plenty of depth: Nectarine, tropical fruit, cotton-candy, sponge toffee.
T: Mango, nectarine, candied pineapple, papaya, sponge toffee, solid bitterness, alcohol is hidden under all the flavour.
M: Moderate body has a dry finish.
O: Extremely well-crafted brew. I thought the bitterness might be a bit higher, but Nash said it finished at 1.008, so there's not much residual sweetness.
