Sampled on tap at the brewpub. Called "Christmas Bock" in English.
This bockbier poured a cloudy, honey brown (iced tea) color with creamy, light tan foam that settled and coated the glass. The smell was lightly sweet and malty with a hint of alcohol. The taste was sweetly malty with flavors of honey, a faint fruitiness, some mild fusel alcohol flavor, a faint spiciness, and a hint of hop bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel was smooth and warming with medium body and moderate carbonation. Overall fairly clean. This was a good bockbier, a bit on the sweet side.
