From a 330ml bottle.
L: Hazy, pale orange colour. Small head disappears quickly. No carbonation visible. Has the look of an APA.
S: Subtle lemon and a hint of pilsener.
T: Delicate, floral & lemony. Some dryness. Short-lived finish.
F: Light bodied with a hint of carbonation.
O: Like a particularly light, summery, pale ale. Pleasant enough. That said, someone looking for a lager might be disappointed and someone looking for hops might also be disappointed.

N.B. This is a re-labeled version of Hog's Back Brewery's 'Hogstar' lager.

Pours copper tinged golden, small head that subsides quick

Nose is floral and spicy, some freshness, fairly mild

Medium carbonation, generic hop driven, herbal. Middling bitterness, sweet middle, dry finish, some chalkyness

Not too shabby. Worth a go

330ml bottle from Marks & Spencer:
This one was a bit of an anticlimax really, I was expecting quite a hoppy but easy going pale lager but all it delivered was a basic one with not enough hop presence for it to live up to its name. It was an easy beer to drink but I feel that was down to the fact it was quite light bodied & bland with little strength in the nose or the taste; it was just all a bit flat really & its not a beer I'll pick up again.

Golden with a thick frothy head. Good retention for a lager.
Hoppy and grainy as expected.
The taste reveals its lager label. Lemon and bread. Quite sweet.
A rather thin and unexceptional beer that rather falls between two stools.
