Bottle from Aldi under the Great British Brewing Co label. Golden amber. Thin head. Rising bubbles.
Light aroma of biscuit and citrus fruit but not much there.
Hay like quality with a rather harsh orange zest bitterness.

Bottled
Pours a golden body with big foaming white head that retreats but keeps the surface covered
Aroma is golden syrup and vegetable oil.
The malt is there in the flavour like oily bread then metallic coin notes and slight bitter finish
Not much of anything except fizz

Pours clear light golden amber into a tulip from a bottle. The offwhite head starts off 3 fingers high, sparse and quick to recede. The carbonation is lively.
This ale has an odd aroma something vegetative, vinous, and hoppy; I almost want to say rubber. The floral/grassy quality really comes through in the flavour along with a vegetative bitterness. However, the dank hoppiness comes through in the aftertaste along, thankfully, with a nice malty biscuity flavour.
In the mouth it feels light, wet, and minimally carbonated. There is a bit of a watery quality to it.
Not much to write home about, rather too grassy for my tastes.
