Pours a dark chocolate brown color with a moderate light brown head that settles into a light cap.
The aroma is slightly chocolatey. Kind like chocolate milk. Some caramel notes as well.
The taste is of a slight roast with hints of chocolate. A bit chalky. A buttery caramel provides some sweetness. Perhaps a slight brine from the oysters but not much. Nice flavor but not very bold.
The feel is moderate with tingly carbonation. Slightly sweet and not overly bitter from the roast. Drinks easy.
A decent mild stout. Nothing really pops but no off flavors.
