Golden Ale brewed with a simple grain bill of Pilsner Malt and Flaked Maize. Hopped gently with a noble German variety that lends subtle fresh floral and grassy notes. Fermented cool for extra crispness. Light in body, and extremely clean and approachable.

Served on tap at the Greenport Harbor Brewing Company tasting room in Greenport, NY.
A: Pours a crystal clear, golden color with a one finger, white head, low retention but broad swaths of lacing.
S: Interesting blend of aromas. Picked up dragonfruit, dry grass/sweet hay, honeysuckle, and chardonnay.
T: Semidry. Flavors follow the nose, although enhanced with a subtle, licorice like bitterness.
M: Light bodied with low effervescence. A touch grainy and on the astringent side.
O: Drank very well at first, very novel nose/palate. Somewhat less enamored with the finish.

On tap at Rattle n Hum, NYC. New to me. Color is an almost clear blonde. Slight creamy head disapates to thin with no lacing. Aroma is negligable but the flavor is there. A touch of lemon/citrus, which I favor. As we're getting into summer this would be a good one to have around. Easy going.
