took a day trip out to the north fork for some wine and was pleasantly surprised to see the new location on the wome trail...detour needed!!! tasters procured.
had a flight of all the limited batch and this was the clinker of the bunch for me. I never expect authentic Belgian from American breweries but this is more of...a tripel? a strong ale? I dunno...the hopping gives it an almost barley wine like quality. syrupy ish, bUT not really. very hard to describe except to say this one was not my bag. loved everything elseems though.
