A: hazy; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a thick collar; light lacing;
S: nicely aromatic - could smell it from a couple feet away; bright aromas of apricot, pineapple, and orange;
T: flavors aren't as bright as the aroma; follows the nose up front; from the middle through the finish, apricot is dominant; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish; a bit of hop burn;
O: quite good, but the aroma was the highlight;

Canned 04/25/18, it pours cloudy orange gold color with looks like a glass of guava juice with a 2 finger foamy white head that was packed with bubbles, faded very slowly and leaving excellent foamy lacing with a nice layer on top. OG indeed.
Dank and juicy with tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon zest, biscuit, hints of mango, graham cracker, light caramel and floral notes or mild spices like coriander and pepper. Soft, yet fruity and balanced, the malty backbone helps the citrus notes stand out.
Tastes dank like it smells with crisp citrus starting first that's a blend of tangerine, clementine, grapefruit, orange peel, lemon, mango, piney notes, biscuit, graham cracker, tea leaf and earthy notes, mild caramel or toffee, floral notes, mild spices like coriander and pepper. Crushable for a DIPA with enough flavor to be different with every sip.
Mouthfeel was very smooth and creamy with mild bitterness and carbonation that was almost flat, like a cask ale. Overall it was a very enjoyable offering and a solid NE style IPA that hides the 8% ABV masterfully.

Beer comes in a murky deep gold. Medium plus hazy and opaque.
The aroma offers pithy citrus, mango, tangerine.
The beer follows with soft juicy mango, sweet orange, a bit of spicy green herb, a wonderfully soft beer, although a bit vegetal on the finish, with a lingering earthiness on the finish.
A soft New England style DIPA. Spot on and a mind blowing step for the brewery.

Crazy good. Where did this come from? Unbelievable haze, super drinkable and refreshing, creamy mouthfeel, pretty much everything you want in a New England IPA. Unexpected. I want more.
