A 16 oz. can of Greenport Harbor Haus Pils was given to me by my son's boyhood friend. It was at refrigerator temperature and poured into a glass. It has a fairly pale body with a nice, medium dense, head that recedes fairly quickly. The initial taste is a little thin. But after the beer has gone down the hatch, the hoppy aftertaste shines. It has just enough bitterness and a fine lasting flavor. I'd like a bigger malt body, but the fashion these days is hops, hops, hops. At least in this beer the hops are very fine.

A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head.
S: Light aromas of biscuit malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of biscuit malts along with hints of citrusy hops and a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner is very easy to drink and would make for a good accompaniment with a meal.

Pours a crystal clear straw color with a big soapy white head that settled into a light ring.
The aroma has some grassy notes from the hops and mineral note from the malt. Typical pils.
Nice grassy notes from the hops with a touch of lime. Some hay and cracker from the malt. Again, hits all of the pils notes.
The feel is light with fizzy carbonation. Noticeable bitterness throughout the palate. Finishes a touch dry.
Enjoyable pils. Spot on flavors; nothing off.
