Brewed specifically for Stew Leonard’s
Pours a hazy golden straw color with a frothy whites head that left some spotty lacing.
The aroma is mildly hoppy. Some grass and lime. Not much from the malt.
The taste is lightly fruity and hoppy. Again grassy and limey hops. The malt is light and crackery. More resembles a Pilsner.
The feel is light with semi soft carbonation. Starts sweet on the palate but finishes with a dry grassy bitterness.
It’s a good beer. Not sure how Greenport categorizes this beer. It’s light and hoppy. Made with all local ingredients I believe.
