Single Hop IPA, unfiltered, and brewed to emphasize what our newest crop of Citra can provide. We get huge mango notes , papaya, and even more tropic complexity.

Pours a super murky golden color with a dense white head that left some nice webby lacing on the glass as it settled. There is almost a greenish hue to the color. Quite unfiltered.
Very fruity in the aroma. Noticeable grapefruit and mango. Juice like aroma. Inviting.
The taste is of mango, grapefruit and pepper. A general yeast mustiness. The malt is neutral.
The feel is significant on the palate. The prickly carbonation helps break up the yeasty weight of the beer. On the sweet side not much bitterness.
A nice IPA. Good citra flavor. Quite yeasty.

The taste was likewise tropical with a moderate biscuity malt.
The mouthful was typical of the style.
Overall, nicely built and very drinkable.

Clean pine smell and slightly Mango value. Does not taste heavy despite the cloudy look. Refreshing.
