Pours a clear golden color with a fluffy off-white head that left a wall of webby lacing as it settled.
The aroma is quite faint. I pick up some grain from the malt and light onion from the simcoe hops.
The taste is of a nutty malt; grains. The hop flavor is slightly dank; a bit herbal and savory.
The feel is moderate on the palate with fizzy carbonation. Good balance, though that is not expected in an IPA. Drinks easy.
The hop flavor is a bit lacking for an IPA. Its a good beer though, drinks well.
