Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Sand City shaker pint; no production information.
A: Pours a very hazy, golden-orange color with a one finger, off-white head, rim retention, and amorphous, partial rings of sticky lacing.
S: Aromas of pineapple, not quite ripe nectarine, barley, caramel, and basil >> oregano. Barley only strengthens relative to other components during consumption.
T: Basically dry. I found the palate emphasized the barley and herbal elements without giving much room for the fruit. Bitterness rather overstated.
M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Oddly watery with a minty feel on the palate.
O: I am usually intrigued by these "one hop wonders." This not so much, sadly.

Typical NEIPA setup withgood retention and lacing. White grape and tropical fruit apoarent with a lingering hop spice. The clean grainy malt was a pleasant surprise. Clean mouthfeel and dry finish.
