The off-season is a special time of year on the North Fork, when life slows down a bit, and we have more time to spend with friends and family. To celebrate the off-season, we offer you an IPA with rounded malt character and notes of fresh pine and stone fruit. Brewed in the west coast tradition, with a dry and balanced finish.

A: The beer is a little hazy yellowish amber in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of pine and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked the combination of pine and stone fruit in this IPA.

-copper-amber can pour with a mild haze and slight aroma of orange zest.
The flavor is a bit tangy for an IPA promoted as West Coast-style. There is an earthy hop aspect and a significant pine flavor.
Resin persists in the finish.
I like this one enough to have another.

Pours a nice toasted golden color with a soapy off-white head. Plenty of soapy lacing on the glass.
The aroma is of tropical fruit and citrus hops. Pineapple seems to be forefront.
The taste is of a weak malt. Some grains. The hops have a sweet tropical fruit flavor. Pineapple is strong perhaps with some apricot.
The feel is light with tingly carbonation. Feels weak. Sweet on the palate. Slight bitterness on the finish but still sweet.
Average IPA, no real character to it. Stale tropical fruit IPA??
