Pours a near black color with a short light brown head that settled into a small ring. Some lacing on the glass.
The aroma is big on chocolate and fudge. Smells like brownie batter. Slight cinnamon and vanilla spice.
The taste is of cocoa nibs and dark chocolate. Noticeable vanilla presence. Cinnamon is quite light. I pick up a slight veggie note from the chilies but no heat.
The feel is moderate on the palate. Sweet with an odd bitterness in the finish. Quite sticky.
Big chocolatey porter with a big vanilla punch. The chilies are not really present besides some quirky bitterness.
