A dry hopped Organic IPA brewed in collaboration with beer writer Melissa Cole.
Amber.
Interesting nose of pawpaw and bacon. Slightly smoky?
Reasonable balance up front but finished a bit sickly sweet. Would have preferred a bit less malt.
