Feb. 2015: Shared 330 ml bottle, from Oddbins Chiswick. BB 12 / 2013. Orange colour, moderate white head. Strong hoppy and herbal aroma, also notes of slightly caramelized orange marmalade. Hoppy flavour, maybe not as fresh as desirable, but still fairly decent. Piney finish.

Poured from a 330ml bottle into a straight half pint glass.

Pours a clear amber colour with a thick foamy head.

Smells quite malty, with some fruity-sweetness.

Tastes very malt forward too, with the lemon peel being quite prominent. Background hops. Nicely hidden alcohol.

Overall a nice beer, not really a classic American IPA but still tasty if you take it as an amber ale or a hoppy bitter.
