This Irish ale is a fantastic medium-bodied beer with a smooth balance of malt and hops. Caramel undertones and a subtle finish appeal to the refined drinker and the novice alike. A Quarry favorite throughout the year, this copper is refreshing in the summer and a soothing staple during the coldest months.

Clear amber red... Sudsy white head with nice lacing.. Good standard toasty malt with a light fermented out caramel essence... Perhaps a little hoppy for an Irish red, but nice malt character makes this a winner... Finishes dry just the way an Irish Red should.
