A friend flew a couple 1 liter bottles over from Lithuania . They were kept cold (apparently quite an effort...). I was expecting a Stella or Urquell. Not the case, in fact quite unique; big mouth feel, similar to a classic English Ale (slight DMS?). Light sweet malt taste (carmel), with a minimal earthy hop profile (noble I think but, maybe Goldings or Fuggles; I'm not a hop guy...). Very Smooth. Again very smooth. What's most impressive is the high alcohol; apparently 7% which can be a difficult balancing act for lagers (at least the ones I brew...). This is right on the money. Great beer, especially if your tired of the American IPA's, Douple IPA's and the over the top IPA-IPA's. A nice change.
I'd buy it. If you get the chance, try it!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
