330ml bottle poured into weizen glass, purchased from Plonk in Canberra. No freshness date. I've had a few of the Namibian Breweries beers - they are all pretty good, I've got high hopes for this beer.
A- dark chestnut brown, pours a HUGE fizzy foamy pale brown head. I had to rush this to the sink when pouring otherwise most of the beer would have ended up on the floor. The head does dissipate relatively quickly
S - tarty wheat smells, with noticable yeasty aromas and phenols.
T - Fairly sweet, roasted malts with the re-assuring banana tastes of a typical weiss. There are also hints of dark fruits (raisins, plums) with a strange sour bitterness (like bicarb soda) to the finish.
M - one of the highest carbonated beers I've ever had - very lively. Medium bodied.
O - decent try - all the typical weizen flavours, but the sour finish is a bit off putting. Plus the carbonation can be double edged - it may be nice on a hot day (which they have a lot of in Namibia), but it is very overpowering as well.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
