Cask at Swan Inn, Swinbrook.
Dark copper. Frothy off white head thins to thin foam and nice lace.
Aroma nuts, fruit, and whole wheat.
Taste malty fruit up front. Spicy zesty bitterness comes on in the finish. Bitterness lingers a bit but backs off before lingering too long. Very nice.
