500 ml bottle, as Bristol Beer Factory Seven, from Ales by Mail. ABV is 4.5%. Clear copper colour, moderate white (or slightly off-white) head, Aroma of malts and toffee, a hint of caramel. The flavour is more dry than sweet, but has still hints of caramel sweetness. Decent English hops throughout, with earthy notes and a good bitterness.

From a 500ml bottle.
L: Clear, amber colour with orange edging. Several streams of bubbles rising to a thin, off-white head. Several rings of lacing.
S: A little malt. Not much to report.
T: Distinct orange caramel flavour. Slightly sweet. With a short-lived, bitter finish.
F: Medium body with some carbonation. Slightly sticky on the roof of the mouth.
O: Traditional English bitter with a toffee, malt base and herbal, hop bitterness. Not bad.

Maris Otter malt, crystal malt, Fuggles hops. appearance: reddish-brown. smell: toffee malt, raspberry. taste: as smell. Gently bittered, medium sweetness. mouthfeel: syrupy taste, rather thin body, which may be a contradiction. overall: traditional english bitter, with emphasis on malt. Another good beer from BBF. Probably filtered.
