Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting, as Bristol Beer Factory Unlimited Wheat Wine, from Ales by Mail. Oak Bourbon Barrel Aged. ABV 10%. Golden colour. Aroma and flavour of bourbon, vanilla and oak. Very good beer.

From a 330ml bottle.
L: Cloudy, dark orange colour. Few small bubbles. No head. Would look nothing at all if it wasn't for the beautiful orange colour when backlit.
S: Wheat & whiskey. Plus a hint of citrus.
T: Rich, christmas pudding made with lots of citrus peel. The bourbon barrel aging is very evident in the taste: lots of oak; lots of alcohol. The cold brewed coffee is difficult to find. Fruity. Even a little floral. Alcohol is to the fore.
F: Rich & smooth. Coats the tongue. Short-lived tingle of carbonation. A little boozy.
O: Interesting variant on the style. Really fruity! Very much a sipper. Best suited to the winter months.
