From a 500ml bottle.
L: Hazy with large clumps of yeast. Yellow/orange colour. The one finger, loose head disappears quickly. Not a great looking hefeweizen.
S: There is some banana and clove but it's not intense.
T: Typical hefeweizen flavours take a back seat. A sour bite dominates.
F: Moderate to high carbonation. Otherwise verging on watery. None of the thick, dense mouthfeel I was hoping for.
O: Really poor example of the style. Abandoned part way through.

Well what can i say - was a decent hefeweizen in every respect except cloudy orange-amber colour was really outstanding.
Got a lot of bubblegum but little banana and clove so notr as well balanced as the good representatives of the style
