Poured from the 330 ML bottle into a into a pint glass. The beer is a pure golden color with some haze and some carbonation coming through. Head was barely a finger and dissipated immediately.
S: Some citrus and some spicy and grassy notes. Overall pretty mild. But not bad at all. Some bready malt in the middle. A nicely balanced brew.
T: Not your average Euro Pale. This one comes across as a nice real pilsner. Citrusy and also grainy with some classic beeriness but also a nice unique spicy note prevalent.
What a nice surprise from Spain here in China. Pleasant little drinkable summer beer. Good one.

Review from BeerAdvocate Magazine Issue #53 (June 2011):
A craft beer from Spain for the bros. Head drops quick but lacing remains here and there. Chill haze produces a mud- dled amber color. Cooked cereal, overripe apples, floral hops and a neutral nutty yeast fills the nostrils. Crisp and fluffy moderate-sized body; dry, malty palate. Yeast and grain are at the forefront, with hints of hops and fruit tailing. A bit earthy and herbal in the dry finish. Small beer, lots of noise ... raw and complex, which left our taste buds confused and intrigued at the same time. A somewhat cleaner, perhaps more focused brew would be the way to go.

A solid offering, but still just a start. I think this brewery could make really fantastic hop bombs with the way they composed the hoppiness for this beer.
App: Huge carbonation with a white head and murky, chillhazed (i think) body. The head reduces quickly to a thin line and I would have liked to see it stay around longer. It is bottle conditioned from what I could tell.
Smell: Fruity hops with some floral scent, very very prominent note of peaches on the nose. The background has some slight crackery biscuit and could probably use a hint of caramel.
Taste: Soapy from hops, very light malt background helps keep the potpourri and peach on the forfront.
Mouthfeel: Quite fizzy and low bitterness. Very crisp.
Drinkability: This beer doesn't quite fit as an English Pale Ale, but I didn't know how else to categorize it. I would try it again, and would like to see how they improve the recipe in the next few years.
