TCB's cream ale, light in flavor, color and aroma. Cream ales are mild and light bodied with no hop aroma and very little hop flavor.

Reviewed from notes. From my AZ trip. The appearance was a golden and somewhat hazy yet still a clear color, slight small carbonation is seen rising, slim less than a finger’s worth of head that dies immediately and leaves no lacing. The smell had an aroma of a normal cream ale - corn malts/adjuncts - some may say and stays the same smell all throughout the entire consumption. The taste was mainly sweet through the corn malts/adjuncts, no aftertaste and no finish. On the palate, it sat at/about a light to somewhat medium on the body, mostly sessionable, and the carbonation is good for the style and for me and leaves a slightly creamines coating the mouth and tongue. Overall, this was a good Cream Ale worthy of coming back to.

Appearance: Yellow/goldish with a fragile white head that appears to have more density due to high carbonation.
Aroma: light salty hops and yeast with pale malt playing a very minor role.
Taste: Not very creamy, not enough protein to give any structure to its simplicity. In the general realm of a cream ale but missing the point. If they did a real protein rest and put it on nitro this could be much better.
Overall: Very simple and light, not actually refreshing though, pretty generic, could be a cream ale, could be a blonde ale, could almost anything light and uninteresting.

This beer sits a lightly hazy straw-gold color in my glass, it is topped by a thin, wispy pale head. The aroma is quite faint, but definitely beery; it is lightly herbal, and has a bit of thin malt to it (hops are most dominant in this ephemeral aroma). The taste has notes of sweet grain up front with a light herbal / spicy hop note in the middle through to the finish, which has a light bitterness to it. Overall this is thin, though slightly beery, and is spot on to style with a bit of fruitiness, but it is certainly not something that I will try again.

Light gold color. Small white head. Aroma is grainy, grassy and sweet. Milder taste, light bodied, some malts with a slight hoppyness. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. A light and refreshing beer, nice for a 90+ degree day, but kind of uninspired.
