A medium bodied ale with a malty caramel flavor. Very smooth and flavorful. Our most popular beer.

Pours a nice amber color with decent head and good lacing. The nose is very very light, soft malt is about all I get. The flavor is a lot better than the nose, sweet malt with a nice bite on the finish, getting some good caramel also as it warms. This is nice beer, nothing over the top but a nice beer.

Pours a half finger of tan head over a brilliant ruby-rust liquid. Gorgeous. Smells just right for an irish red (it was eneterd into GABF as an Irish Red). Grain husk, iron, berry esters, floral hops (come across like orange blossom honey). Lightly of mineral.
Tastes a bit too hoppy for an Irish Red. Iron and mineral grainy character is a bit drying in the end and covered by a perfumey hop flavor. Bready and biscuit malt with some wet berry and watermelon esters and a bit of gritty hop, like tettnanger adds. Light body and strong fine carbonation that helps lift the beer off the tongue for a drier finish. Yummy. Light body and strong carbonation. Too hoppy and too watermelon estery for an Irish Red.

i grabbed a growler of this to watch the superbowl with... should have grabbed two!
pours a perfect brownish amber with a small off white-tannish head. aromas of caramel, malt, mild pine and citrus... especially orange.
the flavor is caramely... almost robustly so... also, there is some spiciness, grass, wood/earthy notes and hints of pine before a fairly dry finish. it is quite full bodied (especially for an amber), very rich and thick with a super creamy mouth feel. this growler is all too easy to consume. although it is 'safe' and it lacks some development in the flavor and aroma profiles i could have drank another!...6/3/6/4/14/3.3

Average is a good way to describe this beer. Amber color with decent clarity and moderate carbonation, the beer exhibits a small off white head which left very little on the glass. The aroma is predominately sweet, with some fruitiness. Malt flavors are not very interesting though not offensive either. Very little hop character. The mouthfeel is a bit too fuzzy. Finishes sweet and sticky. Not TCBs best brew.

This beer has a full reddish-copper color, is quite clear and is topped by a wispy, pale ring of a head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel being predominant, but there is also a bit of fruitiness that seems to be a combination of hops and yeast character. The taste has some of the caramel sweetness as well and there is a bit of hop flavor here (I get a sort of herbal / nectar thing) and only a touch of balancing bitterness in the finish. This has a nice clean fruitiness to it with notes of strawberry and a bit of tart cherry. This is a simple straight forward Amber Ale with just enough hop flavor to make it interesting.

The beer pours a nice transpicuous amber color, the head is modest in size, the color a light tan and as it erodes, it leaves behind a fair to middling sheet of lace. Lots of malt in the nose, somewhat sweet, citrus crisp and fresh, as is the start, full of malt and the top middling in feel, the finish prickly in its acidity, the hops plentiful and pleasant in their spicy bite. Aftertaste dry and lingering, sorry folks apparently Draught Only at this time had mine at the Papago Brewery.
