Fantastic! Listed as a hybrid German ale on the menu, this one resembles an amber/red with bock and pale ale characteristics. Pour at the pub is dark and garnet, with a collar of off-white foam. Aromas of sweet, warm malt and fruity hops. Flavor is honey, and biscuit, with lots of floral and fruity hop notes. Amazingly complex, clean, and refreshing. Wish I had brought my growler with me!
