A good friends' favorite beer is 'Final Absolution', by Dragonmead. I saw this in Total Wine, Ann Arbor Mi today... and I just had have it, to give my pal Partial Absolution, lol!
L - kind of a dirty yellow, Not much head, but carbonated enough to leave modest lacing.
S - Sweet, spicey, honey, pear, honeysuckle, pepper, floral... definitely in the farmhouse ale wheelhouse.
T - Sweet and sour, light hops, pepper, more subdued than the nose. A great summer cool down beer... It's March 2026, I'll save most of this 6 pack for the dog days of summer!
F - light, refreshing, neither cloying nor watery. Beautifully balanced
O - I am not a fan of 4% ABV beers, but I REALLY like this one! Saving the rest for summer, but for the one I give to my friend!
