Like its namesake this beer is a golden color and flavored with Coriander and bitter orange. This 50% wheat beer uses only the finest Belgian grains and Saaz hops to create a Belgian Pale Ale that must be experienced by all serious beer connoisseurs.

An aroma of cinnamon, pear, honey, floral papaya, and some cantaloupe. A clear gold, thin white head and nearly no lace. A flavor of sweet Belgian banana yeast and malt. Overall, decent.

Pale gold with no head. Clear with a lifeless dead look and feel.
Strong with corriander, diesel, orange peel, and a high barnyard quality. Yeasty and spicey as well. Very Kinks Animal Farm esque. Citrusy lemon lime, starfruit, and a hint of pineapple.
Very herbal and spicey with a big flavor of fuel. Corriander, basil and orange peel show through. Lemon takes a back seat but is more pronounced in the finish. Not a big fan of this style.

On tap at the brewery. Gold colour, good yeast aroma and taste. Appropriate carbonation. Saaz hop understated. Most drinkable, good medium mouthfeel, malted down with the corriander and orange peel. Sweet, dry aftertaste. The kind of Belgian they like around here.

I liked this Belgian style ale, although I don't think it fit the style very well. Orange hue, and golden colored, this brew had a medium level of carbonation and a small white foamy head. Aroma was malt, yeast, minor citrus and smoked hickory. Wasn't expecting that, yet still nice. Flavor was bready, with some citrus notes and herbs. Mouthfeel was appealing, with an appropriate level of carbonation to keep the tastebuds active. A decent level of drinkability, this may not be an everyday beer, but it is an every once in a while beer. Recommended.

On tap at the brewery pub.
Dark gold/copper with a very slight haze and thin white head. Pleasant light spicy nose with a hint of fruitiness and little malt. Distinct peppery flavour, with some malt sweetness and fruit. Also, there's a hint of bubblegum hiding in there. Finishes with a combination of light spiciness and sweetness. Medium body and decent texture.

Flavored with coriander and orange peel, containing 50% wheat malt and Saaz hops. This brew is golden and just barely cloudy..more akin to a chill haze. It forms a thin white head atop small bubbles, with poor retention and ok lacing. Carbonation is mild. Aroma is clean, crisp, with fruity bananas, cloves, wheat, and if I concentrate really hard, oranges. I'm not able to pick up on the coriander. Taste is light, delicate with husken pale malts, bananas, extremely well-balanced bitterness in the finish with herbal notes and a lingering toasty wheat sweetness. Mouthfeel is very smooth with a light body. Another wonderful brew. Extremely drinkable...I could drink these all night long with the Final Absolution in the other hand. OG=1.047.
