Rerate, 500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 5.5%. Cloudy golden brown colour, moderate white head. Distinct aroma of ripe bananas, also notes of cloves. Refreshing flavour, again with banana and cloves, some sweetness but not too much, dry and "dusty" short finish. I’m upping it a couple points. Original rating: Sample from bottle in the Malt & Humle tent at Gladmatfestivalen 2014, Stavanger. Deep golden colour, hazy. Typical hefeweizen aroma and flavour, but nothing special, and not quite as good as the best German ones. Will, however, rerate when I get a full bottle.
