Such a great beer overall its hard to break it down into categories but here it goes: Appearance is predictable IPA standard with a bit of cloudiness with a hint of orange, Smell: FRESH and expecting a more bitter taste, Taste: out of this world. Not enough can be said about this beer. The hops are grown 40 mins away in Monroe, ME, from the actual brewing place which only enhances the brewery's call for freshness and local quality. The taste itself you would expect to be highly bitter but it turns out to be nicely bitter and the actual drinkability of this beer is unbelievable! Biting and smooth with a great mouthfeel, I am astounded at how fresh the beer tastes compared to the brewery's other beer. Brewed in 24 hours, it seems as though this work definitely paid off. Mouthfeel: bitter up front and smooth finish, really a pleasant treat
