Drinking this 3 months past expiration date - it's definitely not spoiled at all (this beer is pasteurized obviously).
Don't know if this had made the beer better as I did not taste it before.

Foam is very fine and stays very long - good sign. Straw color - regular for eurolagers.
Smells of whiskey and some malty sweetness and a little smoke.
Tastes just a moment a little like honey, then oaky bitterness which is chased by birch leaves and wood honey again.
For quite sweet beer the aftertaste is exceptionally dry and I mean it as a good thing.
It seems that any hops that are here are intertwined with hops and adds to it's character.

Would drink again in available in the future.
