The first time I tried this beer I poured the whole one-pint can into a glass, mixing the sediment in. That made it quite overwhelmingly sour. This time I left the last half-inch or so in the can, and the difference was enormous. I could now appreciate that this is a pretty decent Weissenbier: light, refreshing, and appropriate for the style.
