Originally reviewed on October 14, 2006. On tap at the brewpub. A clouded orange-tinged pour, with a slimy white rim of head. Light off-lemon aroma. Flavor is a flowing, yet meaty, carbonated watery slush. Some greasy savory notes. Sweet, but in a weird earthy way. Soured honey dominates. Through the water, the palate is somehow cloying, without balance. A number of off-flavors bring this down.

This one pours a straw yellow with a nice white 2-finger head. Served with a slice of lemon on the glass. I discard of this, I don't really like putting fruit in my beer unless its actually part of the brewing process.
The smell is slightly citrusy with a mild floral aroma
It tastes citrusy, you can definately pick up on the honey. The honey must have been added closer to the beginning of the brew because the beer has just a tad of dryness to it but I kind of like it that way. Pretty good.
Decent mouthfeel light to medium body. Medium carbonation
I think its a pretty drinkable beer. I will probably order this again in the future.
