Had this on-tap at the Vierling while waiting for a growler to be filled. Pours a deep orange color with a small white head that disapears quickly. This beer has a citrus aroma. Taste like a scottish ale but seems a bit watered down to me. Very drinkable and easily sessionable nothing extrodinary.

Originally reviewed on January 24, 2005. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a deep ruddy orange clear. With a head of whitish. Light sugar and lemon aroma. Bright oaty and mellowed pipe tobacco flavor, that fades quickly to a thin sugar. Not much chewiness, or sustaining flavor. Efferevescent. Some earthy grain finish. Palate mostly watery and unfulfilling. Sessionable.
