Not inspiring but not too much of a snoozer either. A little above average for sure. Nice color and a big generous head characterize the initial appearance. Inviting to say the least.
Light-bodied, it goes down easily. That's the real treasure here. But it's flavors are intriguing and well-balanced. A bit of a nutty character to it, though not much. You can certainly taste the rye, but this has a real English ale feel to it. It's interesting.
