maybe I expect more from TJ's but there was notthing wrong with this beer its just was not something i would expect to have there.
the appearence was fine, the nitro tap, gave it a great head. the color was a little light imo. the taste was a little watery, not much body, or hop aroma or bitterness. i think the nitro serving kinda killed the flavor and aroma on this brew.
i have had much better brews from brew meister greg like the winter warmer, the hibenator (dopplebock) and the california strong ale.

This was an odd beer to behold. It was a beautiful dark amber color with a compact head of small nitro bubbles. But there wasn't much aroma at all, I'm not sure if this was because of the nitro, but all I could get was a faint malt aroma. The flavor was decent, not very hoppy not very malty, or caramelly, its sweet with a faint banana ester there. It has a good mouthfeel, with that silky nitro body. It wasn't a bad beer just not too exciting.
