Full bodied and smooth pale ale. Pours a light brown mahogany color. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel with a whip cream head. Thus this is a mild version of an American pale ale, rounded and fairly balanced. Strangely, I taste the elusive flavor of noble hops. At first I could not understand why the beer tasted so familiar, but I think this was it. Very nice and interesting beer.
