Sampled at Michigan Brewers Guild summer. Pours light red, clear, without much head. Aroma of heavy ginger and cinnamon, yikes taking my breath away. Flavor is dominated by the ginger, with a bit of cinnamon on the back end. This is really like biting into a fresh piece of ginger, spiced with pepper and cinnamon--like the aroma takes my breath away and not in a good way. No hop or malt presence, sort of like sugar water with spice. This really is not good.
