On draft at The Blind Tiger, NYC.
Poured a medium straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a soft doughiness and a slight noble hop.
The taste consisted of a rounded malt and spicy noble hop. The flavor leaned toward the maltier side.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a good and tasty pils.
