Light brown appearance with a slight tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a mild standard old ale. Taste is also a standard old ale slightly sweet with a mild touch of caramel.

Tasted (2oz pour) at Great Taste of the Midwest in Madison, at the Real Ale (cask) tent.
Solid offering and actually, my first Kuhnhenn beer.
Would love to try the base beer(s) for this, looks as though they rate very well. The reviews there are pretty spot on but this casked version with Brett added was a delight; it didn't so much "sour" the beer as I was maybe expecting but it added another dimension (yea, I went there) as if this seemingly brilliant beer needed another.
